We came across this article yesterday: https://hellogiggles.com/aging-millennial-essay/

It is on-point and relatable (seeing that some of us at STE11AR fall in the “Aging Millennial” category), but most importantly, what reeled us in was how the author saw this group of people for who, what and how they really are. After years of debating, and different monikers (Gen Y, Millennials – are they really?), I think someone got it right.
For years now, people have been segmented based on the period they were born – Baby Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, Millenials, etc. However, with the ever-changing landscape of lifestyles, influences, psychological conditioning and environmental factors, is it still accurate to assume people who were born between 1986 – 1991 still behave the same way?
Segmentation should be more personal and in-depth – it needs to go beyond demographics, social statuses or where they live.
